The health and well-being of our clients, staff, and your pets is our top priority. To reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, we ask all clients to pull into our rainy day drop off area for any services. When you arrive, give us a call at (803) 324-8890 so our team will be informed on how we can best serve you.
Walk-in appointments are discouraged during this time. Please give us a call to schedule appointments before arriving. If you are arriving with a scheduled yearly, one of our vet techs will meet you at your car and get a basic history for the appointment. Your pet(s) will then be taken inside for an examination. While waiting, please pull forward from the rainy day drop off area and park your car in an available parking space.
You can rest assured that your pets will be well cared for while you are waiting in your car. Upon the completion of services, one of our vet techs will return your pet(s) to your car. Our doctors can give you a prognosis and treatment solutions through a phone call or by meeting you personally at your car.
Payment can be processed over the phone. However, if you are more comfortable paying before leaving, our receptionist will take payment from your car window.
